1. Scope and agreement
References to “Astrelix”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ASTRELIX DIGITAL LTD. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you use a service on behalf of an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Additional terms presented for a particular service or agreed in writing apply to that service and take precedence in the event of a conflict. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, you must not use the service.
2. Access and accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the security of your sign-in credentials and activity conducted through your account. Guest access and other features may be subject to usage limits. You must not access another person’s workspace without authorisation or circumvent account, verification or usage controls.
3. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in material you submit, including images, text, logos and references. You must have the permissions required to submit and use that material. You authorise us and the service providers involved in your request to process it to operate the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your existing content to Astrelix.
4. AI-generated output
AI-generated content may contain errors, resemble other content or be unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, including product details, claims, intellectual-property considerations and publication requirements, before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, exclusivity or the absence of third-party rights. These Terms do not create rights in output where those rights do not otherwise exist under applicable law.
5. Astrelix intellectual property
Rights in our software, website design, branding and other materials supplied by Astrelix remain with Astrelix or the relevant rights holders. Subject to these Terms, you may access the service for its intended functionality. You must not copy, distribute or commercially exploit our software or branding without permission, except where permitted by applicable law or a separate licence.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing activity; submit content you are not entitled to use; attempt unauthorised access; distribute malicious code; or disrupt the service or other users. We may investigate misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or legal rights, or to comply with applicable requirements.
7. Availability and preview features
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability may be affected by maintenance, technical faults or third-party providers. Features designated as previews may change and may use simulated model responses. Available functionality and applicable limits are identified in the product. You should download copies of assets that you need to retain.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information, and our Cookie Policy describes relevant browser storage and verification technologies. Independently accessed third-party services are subject to their own terms. References to a provider do not imply that the provider endorses Astrelix.
9. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use, material you submit without permission or your failure to review an output before publication. Any liability for the service remains subject to applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide notice and obtain agreement to material changes before they apply. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that allow a consumer to rely on the laws or courts of their place of residence.
